Blessed Wreckage provides creative, styling, branding, consulting, experiential, and advisory services. All recommendations, opinions, styling guidance, and strategic suggestions are subjective and based on professional experience and creative judgment.

Results are not guaranteed.

Client success, outcomes, sales performance, aesthetic interpretation, and business performance may vary based on numerous external factors outside of our control.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is required according to the terms outlined at the time of booking, invoicing, or purchase.

Invoices must be paid by the stated due date.

Failure to complete payment may result in delayed services, cancellation of services, or refusal of future bookings.

Blessed Wreckage reserves the right to require deposits or full prepayment for services, events, custom projects, memberships, and consultations.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Blessed Wreckage does not offer refunds on:

• Etsy products
• Digital products
• Custom orders
• Styling services
• Consulting services
• Event tickets
• Membership fees
• Deposits
• Downloadable products
• Creative services already rendered

Due to the nature of creative, custom, and experiential services, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless otherwise required by law.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments, consultations, styling sessions, event bookings, and services canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service total.

No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the service amount.

Blessed Wreckage reserves the right to refuse future bookings after repeated cancellations or missed appointments.

6. EVENT TERMS & LIABILITY

By attending a Blessed Wreckage event, experience, workshop, social gathering, transportation experience, or party bus event, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Blessed Wreckage is not responsible for:

• Personal injury
• Lost or stolen property
• Vehicle incidents
• Third-party vendor actions
• Alcohol-related incidents
• Allergic reactions
• Schedule changes
• Weather-related interruptions
• Participant behavior

Attendees are responsible for their own conduct and safety.

Blessed Wreckage reserves the right to remove any attendee behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, illegal, or inappropriate manner without refund.

By attending events, you consent to photography and videography that may be used for marketing, promotional, editorial, or social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the event.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Event concepts
• Graphics
• Photography
• Written content
• Marketing concepts
• Videos
• Downloads
• Product designs
• Styling materials

are the intellectual property of Blessed Wreckage and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written consent.
